The award is anonymously decided by multiple eyes and brains. The objective is to award one winner only every year to make it even more coveted to meet the standards and the quality. The complete decision is based on the pandal, idol, safety, ambience, arrangement, behavior of volunteers and members, accuracy of the theme, and innovation.
This award is not based on registration or any kind of biased approaches.
